After months of anticipation, Little Lyons Childcare has set its grand opening for Tuesday, Sept. 3.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony at 4 p.m., Aug. 27, at 19 Constitution St. The event will be followed by an open house, welcoming the public from 4 – 6 p.m.
Emporia Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Jeanine McKenna said this will be a great opportunity for community members to tour the facility, meet the staff, and learn more about the programs offered.
Families with children enrolled at Little Lyons Childcare are invited to a special preview event from 5:30 p.m. – 7 p.m. on the same day. During this time, parents and children will have the chance to visit their classrooms, meet their teachers, and become familiar with their new learning environment.
“We are delighted to open our doors and start this exciting journey with the families of our community,” said Serena Jeffery, Administrator of Little Lyons Childcare. “Our team is dedicated to providing a nurturing and enriching environment where children can thrive.”
